We do not believe that a 'one size fits all' approach works for our clients, which is why we do not ask you to complete an application form. We believe that the best finance solutions are formulated following an initial discussion or meeting, then we generally follow this process;

• Initial Meeting / Discussion to ascertain your background and requirements
• Agree a framework of terms that works for you and which is deliverable from one of our network of contacts
• We approach our lenders and contacts to agree these terms and then we arrange a meeting between the lender, ourselves and you
• The Lender then completes the underwriting process, and then documentation will be issued and legal due diligence is then undertaken
• You then get access to your finance
